Student-athletes from across CCISD helped the Copperas Cove Retired Teachers Association collect 2,459 books to donate to every kindergarten classroom in Cove, up from more than 1,700 last year.

Earlier this month, CCISD Child Nutrition celebrated Texas Fruit & Vegetable Day, continuing to educate students on healthy eating with an emphasis on locally-grown, fresh produce.

This week, the choir from S.C. Lee Jr. High performed at Texas A&M-Central Texas in Killeen and put on one heck of a show!
Next month, they head to Round Rock to perform the national anthem ahead of an Express game at Dell Diamond!
