Registration - New Students

New students must bring birth certificate, social security card, current shot records, records from the previous school attended, and a current proof of residency.

Items Required for Enrolling New Students in CCISD:

  • Student's Social Security Card

  • Current Immunization Records

  • Proof of Residence within CCISD (current utility bill or lease contract)

  • Emergency Contact Information

  • Copy of student's records from school most recently attended (if applicable)

  • Guardianship Papers (if applicable)

  • Official Birth Certificate

Parents must also provide a current proof of residency. Accepted proof of residency papers include:

  • Utility bill

  • Lease for the home you reside in

  • Property tax receipt for the home you reside in

  • Deed for the home you reside in

Please check to ensure that ALL pages of the packet are completed and signed by the parent/guardian before turning it in. Course Selections: Course selection sheets will be sent home with 6th and 7th grade students on April 28th and will need to be returned on or before May 5th to their History teachers.
